This company lied about their money back guarantee. They promised a deal with app access. It's been 2 months with no app access (they want to charge more) and two technicians have came. When I asked to speak to the manager to cancel she lied and said I only have one technician visit scheduled. When I offered to show proof of the emails and text she refused to look at it and said, "I am going by my system." She wanted to charge $700 to cancel. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever experienced in my life. Please take caution when joining ADT. They will scam you

Had a content creator rip me off for $100 (Fafitness). She promised me a particular request and it was far from that. Called her out on it and she blocked me. Contacted customer service to receive a refund since I paid for something I never received. They basically said that it is "voluntary contributions." Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with who doesn't take responsibility of what is going on in onlyfans. Avoid this company.
