I ordered two hats and four face shields as part of a promotion that was going on. I spent 17$ on shipping for a very small package to arrive which only had one of the hats in it. (Face shields were present). The hat was crammed into the box distorting the shape and ultimately destroying it. This was beyond frustrating to not only get an incomplete order but one that I couldn't even give as a gift as I originally intended it to be.
Next, I tried to contact the company, which for some reason, the phones don't work. Therefore I resorted to sending two emails weeks ago. I have yet to hear back when the policy says there should be a response in up to 48 hours. Additionally I tried to speak with someone via chat which couldn't be much help. She first informed me that return labels are not provided for the hats. However upon reading your return policy which states "SA company only offered USPS return labels on domestic returns only". Which I apply because I am in Hollywood which is basically down the street. She finally advised me that a return shipping label could be emailed to me to return the products so I can get a refund. She stated I would get an email in 24-48 hours. It has been over that time and still no response from your team. Eventually the women in the chat stopped responding to my questions all together inquiring about refunds.
Disappointing isn't a great enough adjective to describe my feelings about this entire process. I got an incomplete order, a destroyed hat, and lack of "valued customer service". It has been the worst $70 I've ever spent.
I have now initiated a dispute with my credit card company and the better business bureau. If you don't believe my review go look at all the disputes on BBB and the customers say the exact same thing as I am.
This company is fraudulent and the most disappointing outcome I've ever experienced.
