I ordered a hat for my husband for father's day a few months ago. It was too large. I contacted the company and they responded very promptly giving me instructions on how to send the hat back to exchange it for a smaller size. I did exactly what they told me, gave them a couple of weeks and did not receive the correct size back. To this date, 15 emails later, I have not gotten a single response. I am disgusted. I find it very inappropriate for them not to even have a customer service number. The only way you can contact them is through email. I have spent a decent amount of money on this site previously over the past years on this site and have had no issues. I am not as much upset about the money as I am completely upset about the lack of customer service.
