Great work from the staff at business class guru. I originally booked my ticket with Blake, which went great, but needed to make some changes a couple of weeks after booking. Blake was out of town but fortunately enough I was connected to another agent more than capable to handle my request. They treated my flight with care and made the necessary changes without hesitation and assured me as well that Blake would give me a ring and make sure that everything went well as soon as he came back to the office. Just fantastic teamwork and everybody is willing to assist at this company. I'm glad to be in such very good hands.
