I cancelled an order on the 2 of March because I had been waiting for three weeks for products that were "out of stock", but never specified on their website. I needed products so I bought at clicks instead, as Silki Skincare was still out of stock, and asked for my refund. It is the 24th of March, every email I receive in communication of my refund says that it has been processed, yet nothing has come back to me. I was very patient with this business because I wanted to support a small and local business, but unfortunately have been burnt. I am still fighting for the money they owe me, and unfortunately had to get lawyers involved. Very dissapointed with this customer service
