For your own sanity do not handover money to this company. We were given one month's notice to leave 3 weeks before Christmas, our front door was removed as AB had not paid our rent to the Landlord. Had lots of hassle getting my deposit back. They do not place your deposit in any government run deposit protection scheme, so your deposit is not safe. I only got my deposit back by threatening to go to a small claims court.
