I never received copies of my manuscript once they completed the proofreading. They ignored my needs and when I complained, they pointed their fingers at me. My ebooks were garbage and they ignored this fact. My screenplay format doesn't convert to ebooks, so I had to unpublish them. They screwed up the print specifications on my paperbacks using color rather than black and white, so all of my royalties were gone. I had to unpublish and republish the three books they worked on for three months. I fired them three times and they ignored me. Once I pulled out, they threatened me stating that they possessed the rights to my books and that they could do whatever they wanted with them. They never started to promote my books, so I demanded my $2,000.00 down back and they claimed they earned it which was nonsense. I asked for written contract stating their money-back guaranty (A five thousand dollar promotion which would be covered by book sales) and I never received it. All of their reviews are bogus, they are scam artists. Writersdaddy never gave me a proof of purchase despite my frequent requests.
