I know I can't speak for everyone since I live in the United States, and we don't have cod problems, at least, I don't think. I really love the clothing selection at asos, and the huge selection of brands is also pretty awesome. I wish they would be a little more helpful when it comes to returns/exchanges though. They sent me the wrong item, and I did not have the money to purchase a new one. They refunded me the money instead of just sending out a new item, but the refund took 5 days. By the time the refund went through, the item I wanted was completely out of stock in all sizes. What I purchased was a part of a set, and now I only have the top without the bottom. So, I get a little miffed when stuff like this happens, but overall, the customer service agents are really kind and helpful, the prices are great, they have so many sales, and most of their products are of a high quality. Sometimes, quality can be hit or miss when dealing with asos house brand, but I would say it is generally favorable. Easily, one of my favorite places to shop on the internet!

Tip for consumers:
When you add an item to your cart, you are basically guaranteed to receive because it is real time availability. They only hold your items for 1 hour, and if you take longer than that to shop, you have to go back and put everything back in the cart for another hour (or until you purchase an item). So, if something is out of stock, save it if you can because it might become available within the hour.

Products used:
Dresses, skirts, pants, tops, jumpsuit

I really love free people. Even when they tick me off, I can't step away from the company and because there are no other stores that carry the kind of stuff free people does. Along with FP, Anthropologie and Urban outfitters are under the same umbrella. I had an unpleasant experience with free people recently, but they made things right. I really dislike their return policy. If you return something, they automatically refund the money and then you are to purchase it again. If they had a sale, snd the price had been lowered, they should be able to exchange,, but it doesn't matter to them. This very uncool. I had to fight to get a dress I did not receive although the tracking indicated the item has been delivered. I told them a refund it would do me no good at that point. They said it's policy, and basically wouldn't isten to a word I said. Why wouldn't they want to keep the money? Anyway, I woke up in the morning to see the dress had shipped, and I got it a few days later. There was no apology email until I asked for it, and it was 7 days after I asked them to provide me with an apology. I had asked much earlier, but when I CC'D service while writing an email to the CEO, the CEO, the chairman of the board for free people, etc. I explained the situation, and I told him the service department did not treat me as a human being. They did not acknowledge me at all. One of the of the higher-ups ended up emailing me back, and then gave me an incentive to go back to free people and purchase more items at a discounted rate. All in all, all is well. They were able to take care of me, and they used to be awesome in the past, so that's why I docked them one star. I am obsessed with their clothing, and I will probably always be a customer, but the customer service agents are so robotic and they're not very friendly. I remember a time when I would call free people super late at night, and I would have a whole conversation with associates working at that time. I would talk to all of them at the same time, and free people's customer service used to be a lot of fun--even during the day. I don't know if they lowered the salary, but agents there really seem like they do not want to be there.

First, the quality of clothing is not bad. I generally shop designer, but for the sake of giving this place a shot after one of my friends recommended it to me, I almost didn't buy because the prices were so low. This was during their holiday sale, but I knew it was fast fashion because there were so many items. I just think the clothing is much better than I thought it would be for the price.
The clothing runs a bit bigger than I expected. Since this site is based out of the UK, I figured my measurements would be a good guideline oh, but I would say about 40% of my order is way too big. I will have them altered anyway. They do not offer free returns, but when I explained my financial situation, they sent me a label which was really cool of them to do. I placed two orders at about $400, and I did place a third order for only two jumpsuits. I cannot speak highly enough about my interaction with customer service and all the amazing clothes I now have. Because of my long legs oh, I was able to wear tall items, but because of my size, I was able to wear petite sizes. This makes almost all clothing wearable for me except plus size. I also like that they do have an awesome selection of fashionable plus-size clothing. That is difficult to find these days as plus size clothing is generally more expensive, and they give the same low prices equally.
The only con is that they don't exchange clothing. They will give you a refund to repurchase the items, but the clothing I got was way cheaper than their normal prices. So I would not be able to repurchase the items completely. I am not docking a star for this as it is clearly written in the FAQ that they do not have a way to exchange clothing at this time. It was not in the fine print, and it is my mistake for not checking out their policy before I buy. I don't know many people who do that oh, and I would be betting that most people don't, but since it is clear as day on that site, I can't blame PLT for that. I am so happy with my purchases, and I know a seamstress luckily oh, so I will probably get it all the big stuff taken in as I believe it is worth it. I had such a seamless experience with this company.
Also, since shipping was not free, I decided to pay the extra couple dollars for express shipping, and my order came in 2 days. Yes, from the UK. 2 days! Imagine my excitement when I saw those big huge bags in front of my door when I got home. How awesome!
