Sign up a free trail couple weeks ago, Im still so happy when I received the free pretty package until yesterday, I got home very late, in front of me is a hug box diapers, soaps, detergent and lotions, before that I didn't receive any e-mail notifications or a phone call or anything. I was shocked got charged $158 in my credit card, I become so disappointed.
I called and tried to return and cancel my subscription, I asked if I could return the product and get a refund and they said there was a restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping, that cost almost 80% of what they charge me, thats not worth for me, she said I have a option to keep the package, I very want to, but I cant, the diapers is very easy to leaking, and the cream is not strong enough. I tried to ask if she can waive the extra fee to me, she said I have to talk to her supervisor, but she is not there, and I have to call back later, I will give her a call soon and have follow up after
All over that, their customer service is very good, the lady I spoke with it is very nice and understanding, she cancelled my account and stop my subscription, also send me cancellation confirmation and reference number right away. But I still will keep checking, cause I dont want to receive any package later on, they are too expensive!

Called their supervisor, and told her all my situation, she is very patient and understanding, she was go over my account, make sure my account is being cancelled, and send me free return label, said they will give me a full refund after they received my package, about 3~5 days! Nice job!
