I purchased the same dress in two different sizes because the size measurement chart supplied on the site was misleading but the questions asked by previous buyers resulted in answers like "if your petite size down", "sizes are on par with standard measurements", and "purchase your normal size". I reviewed the return policy and prayed one of the sizes would fit accordingly. When the dresses arrived almost two weeks after the purchase (again stated on the website), I was surprised to see the material was very thin and see through, not a good fit for church on the day of my son's communion. I immediately emailed the company as stated and waited for a response. I emailed twice before they responded and told me that they would refund me $18.00 US dollars of the $91 and change I had originally spent and they told me to keep the dresses. Um, no thank you, I have no use for them. The email also stated that if I had any other concerns to reach out, so I did. It was completely unreasonable that I would not be refunded the money spent and return the items that did not fit and material too thin to the point it was see through. For me it shows that company does not have good faith in itself to resell the items, again not my problem. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.
