I have never has a customer service person slam the phone down.
In the absence of his manager who had already left told me her deputy was
"Too busy working to come to the phone to listen to my complaint."
When I expressed annoyance he said " well do what you want to"
And down went the phone.
That after 7 phone calls and an hour waiting to get connected.
I have written to their Head Office and threatened to go to the newspaper. Let's see if they even bother to respond.
