Was told there was no contract/agreement length, monthly that could be cancelled with notice. Did not receive enough leads to even use credits I was paying for. Gave notice to cancel due to non performance of campaign. I was told sorry you were given credits and you also have a 6 mth contract. I had an email from the sales director stating no contract. The agreement stated it renewed the following month. However, the "website agreement" which I was told came as part of the package I had had verbiage of extending it 3 months from agreement date. However, I was never given a website cost and was told it was simply a release to allow them to use my information on the site. I assumed it was part of how they got leads. They lied to me from the start and continued to charge my account after I cancelled. They are utilizing deceptive trade and had the opportunity to make it right by refunding me. They chose not to; instead said you were given the credits. I didn't pay for credits, I paid for leads.
