Appliance Doctor in Frisco, Texas is a dishonest liar and a thief. Mike the owner claimed to be a authorized LG appliance repair company and told me if he repaired my refrigerator that was under full warranty that I would get reimbursed all my money. That is a total lie he is not an authorized LG repair company according to LG and this cost me $1000. 00 I am still trying to get some of my money back, but keep getting denied by LG. Appliance Doctor has been removed from Home Advisor for the same complaint by other customers. Beware of this company. I wouldn't let him repair my worst enemy's appliances

They are charging customers way too much for shipping. I have reviewed many items and a 5 pound item will receive a 22 pound shipping weight. I use fedx as well shopgoodwill says it's because of the dimensions that's not quite true. I have contacted fedx on this issue and it seems shopgoodwill is padding the scale. Maybe that's why the CEO makes millions. All I can say is buyer beware!
