Item didn't show up and tracking number no good. Emailed customer service and a few days later they said that another carrier picked up the shipment and they duplicated the shipment - took another week. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry. If I was customer service - I would have shipped the duplicate shipment 2nd Day at my expense - free shipping.
