It's hard to believe these people are still in business my wife booked a hotel room and called back two hours later to cancel it we found out they had already charged our debit card and told us there were no refunds right now I'm in the process of going through the owner of the company and further up the chain if I have to and I was called Wells Fargo and filed a complaint and I'm calling Hyatt to see what they'll do for me buyer beware
