I bought speakers and one of them was defective right out of the box. Crutchfield took care of the problem super fast and without the normal headaches like dealing with eBay or AMAZON. Crutchfield Customer Service is the best I've ever seen.

What a waste of time to order parts and find out they are out-of-stock. I've placed many orders for parts with them this year and have had nothing but problems. I will NEVER buy Jeep parts from them again. Don't waste your time buying from their customer service is terrible.
