My necklace broke several times as it's a very thin cheap material. They replaced the cheap chain only once! When I contacted them about my chain breaking, they didn't care. They sent me a coupon which really was no savings at all. I took the cheap chain to my jeweler and he said this is cheap material. Not worth fixing. He advised me to never buy from Myka again. Don't buy their cheap jewelry.

We are really sorry that your necklace broke, but since it was purchased in 2021, unfortunately it is not in warranty anymore, and we can not replace the chain for free, we hope you understand.
The necklace was made from 925 Sterling silver.
