I received three dozen roses from Grace Rose Farm as a gift from a friend. The roses arrived in a terrible condition; the stems were broken, the. Flower heads fallen off from the stems, and the petals on at least a third of the flowers were wilted and browning. I took close-up photos of the damaged roses and sent them to Grace Rose Farm's Customer Service requesting a refund or partial refund to be issued to my friend who purchased the flowers. They refused to acknowledge the damaged and poor condition of the roses and ignored my partial refund request. I was very disappointed both with the quality of the roses and the customer service of this company.
