We had bought a statue from WaahkarT(Order No. 409). After receiving the order we made a video of opening up the carton packing and shared this with Waahkart customer service team and informed them about poor quality of the Statue(It was Rs. 11,000 statue). It had cracks and paint coming off in number of areas. They asked me to wash the statue with soap water and I asked them to confirm; that if in the process of washing, if the paint comes off further, will they accept the responsibility? They completely refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they asked us to send the pictures of specific areas of the statute. I shared 9 pictures and clearly pointed out the issue. After this, they stopped responding or taking the calls.
We wrote to their owner S N UMAK and he also doesn't respond as well. I called them through WhatsApp and another phone direct simultaneously(made a video of this. Which shows they were online on WhatsApp) but they disconnected the call.
It's a FRAUD company…. If you MUST, then perhaps you may use Amazon with a clear option to return in case not satisfied.
DO NOT DIRECTLY ORDER THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE EVER. BEWARE!
