I could write a book, but I'll save you the fine details. Multiple items I order are "in stock" after waiting a month JUST FOR ORDER PROCESSING, I get notification that the item is no longer in stock. They offer "same item for replacement" which is nowhere NEAR the same. Sometimes completely different. For instance, I ordered a backpack, they offered a knife. I ordered a DMX controller, they say they're looking for another to replace it with, THERE'S PAGES OF THESE LISTED TO REPLACE IT WITH. But they can't find one.
HOW MANY OTHER PPL IS THIS HAPPENING TO?!
They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just more robots with fake names.
And NOW in order to process a refund to my card, AFTER THEY MESSED UP, I need to SEND PICTURE OF PHOTO ID!
