The customer service is zero.
I canceled my account, but they continued to charge me. Their so-called live chat is nonexistent. Their email is "no reply."
Product is okay, but overpriced. Not worth the headache.

I have been using eyebuy direct for several years. They stand by their products and will make it right if you have an issue.
This is very important to me, as we all have choices. Let's support great customer service.
