I purchased there to go on vacation with. The website indicated I would have the clothes in plenty of time. A month later, they still had yet to arrive. Not to worry, they said I could return them when I go back for a full refund
They do not honor their return policy. Here's their response blamed on the pandemic: "If the product has been received within the last 14 days, belongs to our returnable categories, is new with the original tag and packaging, and is in accordance with our return policies, you may return it to our warehouse in Asia. (Due to the global epidemic, we were forced to close our overseas warehouses.)
However, based on our experience, return costs can be equal to or half the price of your package, even using the cheapest post office tracking service. Thus, returning to Asia may not be the most cost-effective option. Instead, we suggest keeping the products."
