I have bought my jewellery supplies from PandaHall for quite a few years now and they never fail to please me. The products are just as described on their website, good quality and really good value. I buy all my jewellery supplies from them as I full trust their business ethics.
If I ever have a question about a product before ordering they get back to me straight away, customer service is excellent, A1!
The orders arrive in the expected time scale and the packaging is really good, plenty of protective bubble wrap. I have never received a package damaged in transit, which is amazing considering they come half way round the world!
The website is easy to navigate and you have continuous access to your account, orders and frequent order updates.
