Ordered a dress in a bigger size because i wern't sure what the sizes were like. It did not fit at all, the sizes are tiny and i sent it back for a refund. After myself constantly emailing them about my refund, i finally got one. After spending an amount of nearly £22, i only recived £16.67 back as my refund! I emailed again to ask why and they do not give the rip off amount of postage charges back, which is £4.95 and they charge £1 administration fee aswel on returns! So in the end i payed for my item to be returned aswel as te orignal £21.95 and only recieved £16.95 back. What a absolute con! Never again.
