This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Ongoing issues with an order, nobody knows whats going on, and the customer service team is RUDE and unknowledgeable. If you need to receive this item for a specific date, don't buy it.

I received an email that my item shipped 2 weeks ago and nobody at PBK seems to care that its sitting in limbo somewhere. They won't follow up with me for another 14 days - an entire month after the item was supposedly shipped. Ive spent hours and days reaching out to them over the last 8 days. Everyone has said they are confused, provided extremely different information to me, provided inaccurate information to me, been extremely rude, told me to email then told me to call... list goes on and on. If you saw their email communications, its absurd.

Just awful and frustrating service all around and does not come close to matching the extremely overpriced tag on these items.
