Easy to order and I really appreciate seeing so many customer photos of the women wearing the item I am ordering.
Ordering from Rug Studio was very easy and my rug arrived in 2 days! Unfortunately the color of the rug did not work out. Initiating a return and having to "buy" a return label is a multi step process which is not easy to navigate and less satisfactory than the ordering process.
Tip for consumers:
Returns are nothing short of abusive.
Products used:
out door rug which I am still trying to return after an hour of on line chat help, e mails sent and phone call. now I am filling out this survey which is the 3rd such survey required to initiate a return and get a discount code to help pay for the return shipping!! VERY POOR RETURN POLICY COMPARED TOCOMPETITORS.
