Unbelievable. Same story as many on here, ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. Flowers NEVER delivered. No refund. I took the survey (since calling customer service is a joke) and was only sent a $25 coupon to use on my next order. AS IF I'LL EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I even had the same situation happen with Just Flowers, and while they were a pain to deal with too, (also never delivered flowers), they were at least able to give me a full refund without too much hassle in a reasonable amount of time. Which would make me CONSIDER using them again.
Unfortunately for ProFlowers, that's not the case. I will NEVER ever order from them again. Which is a shame, because I did have two pretty good experiences with them in the past. But this one is so bad, I intend on doing my very best to make sure that I tell as many people as possible to avoid using this service.

Tip for consumers:
Tip - NEVER order from ProFlowers. Just find a local florist near your recipient and give them a call, it will be so much more value for your time and money (and peace of mind).

That's the title from the website, and looks like a beautiful bouquet, but they were just never delivered. So I have no photos to share, only anger and disdain.

Same as everyone else. We have tried calling, left messages, emailed/messaged and are extremely dissatisfied. No. We do not want you to "attempt" to deliver tomorrow. We received confirmation that the flowers were delivered 5/14/19 (originally "guaranteed" to be on Mother's Day 5/12/19) and they most certainly were not. Order# *******. Demanding full refund. Don't even think about trying to deliver them now.
I tried to add photos to prove the order confirmation, order delays and delivery confirmation, but it wouldn't let me.

Tip for consumers:
My tip is to look up a local florist near your recipient and give them a call.
Extra tip - AVOID PROFLOWERS even more than Just Flowers. At least Just Flowers wound up giving me a refund.

Products used:
Bought the 'Bountiful Joys' Deluxe Bouquet for $69.99, with $4.99 handling and $13.99 Shipping/Service fees, for a grand total of $88.97.
