They were totally unhelpful. I booked a room through them and realized they had misunderstood and booked me an extra day. I called(within 10 minutes) and explained that I meant to check out the 30th not stay that night. I am pretty sure that is how I put it but ok mistakes happen. They agreed to drop the extra day but raised by $80 per day the charge. I cancelled and called my credit card company and they had already put the charge through. I called back and cancelled. I checked out some other sites and ending up paying $272 per night with booking.com
