VRBO/HomeAway does not hold any responsibility for their rogue homeowners who refuse to give a refund for COVID-19 cancellation. Neither have they reached out to this senior who lost $650 from a cancelled booking at SummerHouse condos in Mexico Beach, Florida, Wendy Moyers, manager. Their attitude is to stall and hope the customer gives up!

I ordered 4 blouses from BerryLook.com, a company based in Hong Kong. I only received 3 of the 4 items in size 3x. I couldn't get them over my head, they were that small. Also, the fabric was very flimsy. So far, they have refused to take them back and refund me. I wish I had checked out this company before I placed an online order. I would have seen they have had many complaints through the BBB. I certainly wouldn't have done business with them
