I ordered a light grey Nike hoodie earlier last month (the only available color/shade online). The first time I received it, it was the wrong color, dark grey. I sent it back for an exchange, explaining I ordered the LIGHT grey Nike hoodie. I just received the new exchange and it's wrong AGAIN (see attached picture). They have sent me back the same dark grey Nike hoodie twice now. This is frustrating and a major inconvenience to keep having to go back and forth returning the wrong item. If I wanted to go shopping, I would have gone to the store to buy it. I purchased online for the convenience of delivery! This is no longer convenient. The customer service rep I spoke to told me that if what you've ordered is no longer in stock, they will send you what they have. I had to explain to him that makes NO sense. If you order something and it's out of stock, it's the company's responsibility to reach out to inform you and offer either a refund or exchange for something of equal or lesser value. I've e-mailed *******@footlocker.com TWICE without a reply back. If this would've gotten rectified, I would've gladly left a 5 star review.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from Foot Locker's website! It's a hassle having to return things. Forget trying to call customer service for help because they have a bad habit of pretending to not hear you and hang up on you before you even get a chance to explain why you're calling.

I downloaded the app during the start of the pandemic. This was a huge mistake. Reading stories that are misleading, old recycled stories from years ago, stories with so many typos and worded horribly, etc. Don't get me started on the comments section. While I have had a few healthy debates with people who have a difference in opinion without the name calling, the bad outweigh the rest. The trolling is out of control along with the racists. They can have it all. I've already uninstalled the app from my phone.

Tip for consumers:
If you're a bored person who is looking to troll or are a racist and want to spread the hate, this is the perfect app for you! If neither apply to you, please don't waste your time and energy entertaining the degenerates in the comments sections of the stories. Also, most times, the titles of stories are misleading. You'd be better off ordering a subscription to a newspaper!
