I went to the website, plugged in the part number for the vent grille on my microwave. The page came back with a part number for the replacement. I received that part but it is NOT the right part. I emailed to the company right away (about two weeks ago). I have yet to hear from them. I will call, of course. If they are not going to respond to emails, don't have the option on the website.

Takes your money without notice - no live person to ever talk to. No integrity. Go somewhere else.
Tip for consumers: Do not sign up for any pre-paid service with this company. If you have any issues with your account or payment, there is no one you can talk to. There are no refunds - other sites allow you to cancel your account with pro-rated returns. There are too many other good e-invitation sites available to be stuck with this one.
