Sent the wrong item and continue to make horrible customer service choices. Meanwhile my feet are freezing. Thanks for nothing Quoddy. Doesn't matter if it's a good product because their business practices are medieval and unworkable. Total fail and I will never shop or recommend Quoddy to anyone. Overpriced and awful service. Really? $200 slippers and you can't even deliver the right ones? Go out of business because you obviously don't care to do it right and don't care about your customers.
