The item was packaged poorly for shipment. The order consisted of a ceramic 11oz coffee mug. The mug was enclosed only in an oversized styrofoam container, that allowed for it to bounce around within the packaging. While the mug arrived unbroken fortunately, the item should be better secured within the packaging with other materials to better prevent potential damage during shipment.
