I ordered sneakers from them. They don't allow cancellations of orders, because they claim to have an extra-speedy fulfillment process. I didn't find that to be the case. Several days after placing the order I checked my order status and it was still "processing". Over a week after I placed the order, I checked the status of my order on the site again, and it was canceled! There was no e-mail sent to let me know. I paid with a credit card through paypal, since that was the only payment option. I created a new paypal account just for this transaction, since I did not have one previous. They refunded me in paypal dollars, NOT back to my credit card! I want my money back in the same method I paid with, not on a paypal account I didn't even want in the first place!
I inquired as to why the cancellation happened. The story told was that they got through an "inspection process" before sending each order, and don't send the product if it doesn't pass. Why they don't do this BEFORE a customer buys the item is beyond me.
I checked the current price of the sneakers I had purchased, and the market price had gone up by $100 from the time I made the purchase.
Decide for yourself if the reason for the cancellation was the "inspection process", or the sudden jump in the value of the item I purchased?
