About 1 year ago I had pain in my foot from Planters Fasciitis (inflammation of arch of foot) so I heard the story on the radio about how wonderful the Good Feet Store was so I went, with-out research. I was talked into a $300 set of plastic arch supports, based on a viewing of a machine you step on. They do not actually take a mold of your foot. It was their cheapest set and they said you pay much more at the foot doctor office. I was by myself and in a hurry.
They helped but, within 2 minutes online I saw almost the same exact design on line for $30, it also included 3 sets of size changing inserts. It also included a pair of slippers, just paying for the shipping on both. So total it was $38. I bought 2 pairs for me and one for my wife, since we have more than one pair of shoes. We saved a bundle and they work great.
The $30 ones were an even better design, where you could make the arch higher or lower! The slippers were great, also.
I did not try to bring back the $300 set because the fine print on the receipt said they are not returnable, only guaranteed for life. They have good reviews on their web site, but by who and also by the Better Business Bureau (they have a great business going, but look further!).
If you look further into reviews at other sites, you will be informed.
