Received the items I ordered. They were perfect except... one of the finials was flawed and unusable. I called up a reached a pleasant, cooperative and attentive lady on the phone. The poor thing had lost her voice but was doing her best. Realizing that my sending back the finial and reseeding a new one, she simply stated that she would send me a replacement at no cost. They run their business like they care and you can get that in your dealing with them. Rare to find this ethic in business these days.
