Ordered from them and the package was missing a $15 hat; everything else (including the leaking bottle of e-juice) was there, but not the hat. They replaced the juice but told me I'd have to file a police report and send it to them for them to send the $15 hat they failed to send the first time! I just shook my head and said, forget it.

Then, I place another order during a sale and order a mod and two bottles of e-juice. After waiting forever for them to even ship my items, they out of nowhere refund me for the expensive mod and say they were only shipping the e-juice. I never got a legitimate reason as to why they cancelled the mod but I'm thinking either they screwed up and sold them too cheap and had to cancel the orders, or, they sold more than they had in stock.

Anyway, I tell them I want the entire order refunded, including the e-juice but they claim they already mailed the e-juice and I'd have to refuse the package and wait for it to get back to them before they'd refund me. Two months went by and no package arrived and no refund was processed.

Then, last night I get an email saying my order is preparing to ship, my credit card apparently charged over $200 for this mod and some e-juice! Two months after they acknowledged cancelling the order, they create an order on their own, charge me, and tell me they're shipping it!

I emailed them and told them this was out of control. I'm giving them three business days to refund me everything they wrongfully charged and everything they still owe me a refund for. If I don't hear from them by Friday, I'm filing a chargeback with my credit card company, filing a police report, and reporting them to the California Attorney General's Office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau.

You've all been warned. Do not trust this company with your credit card number. As you can see, if you do, you could be randomly charged hundreds of dollars, months after cancelling an order. Judging by the other reviews here, this sounds like a very, very shady company. If you haven't been taken advantage of yet, be sure to watch your credit card statements or have your credit card company send you a card with a new number and cancel the old one. That's the only way to ensure they don't secretly charge you hundreds of dollars. Again, buyer beware! Find a different vape shop to buy from; these people are con artists.
