I used this website for a long time with excellent service and good products but something has obviously happened very recently with it now becoming a scam.
Exactly as with other negative reviews I spent a lot of money on some products and did not receive them. After emailing Max he said it must be Auspost issue and would resend. Again no product. Another email to Max with the response that they have exhausted what they can do being an Auspost issue and will offer a 25% discount on my next order. This response was exactly what other reviews had said.
My next email to them was not responded to as I called them out on scamming customers.
I have also noticed that negative reviews were being removed from their website.
It is such a shame as they had done so well for so long with fast delivery of good products but now instead of telling customers they're not selling for the time being they are taking the money and not giving the products.
Learn from people like me who have lost quite a decent amount of money very recently and keep hunting for somewhere else to get you stuff. It sucks I know but don't hand your hard earned money over.
