I had received an email that my phone couldn't be unlocked due to it being financed. I was hesitant on doing the premium service from thoughts of it being a scam. It seemed to easy. Since the unlock service doesn't offer a refund, I took the risk. Anxiously awaiting, a week later I got an email; I grabbed the phone & popped a Verizon SIM card in it & was jumping with joy! I have never been more pleased and happy to come across this site. I work with electronics & this site is like a godsend! I am ecstatic! Highly recommend.
