Made a purchase of 2 Igloo coolers through Ecrater who indicated that their were 2 in stock, paid with a credit card & got an order number. Five days later received a shipment with the wrong item, not even close to what I had ordered & paid for. Only way to contact Ecrater is via a hard to find complaint form on the web site, no customer service phone, filled out the form & was advised to contact my credit card bank & make a dispute. My advise is to stay far away from Ecrater
