“Total rip off”

Any money you send is gone. Don't do it. They have fake tracking numbers with Fedex and UPS. It looks good until they claim delivery. You can't make a claim with carrier because you are not the shipper and PayPal seems to be in on the scam. No refund or complaint allowed.
