I wrote a 2-star review about art.com last week after getting no response from an email to their customer service about a return/refund request (their on-site "initiate a return" function does not work). I am very happy to say that, after one week, I got a response via email from art.com customer service with instructions to apply for a return or refund. I followed instructions, spoke on the phone with a return specialist and followed that up with a second email to *******@art.com containing my photos of my item, and within minutes, I kid not, a response came and then refund was approved. I am very positively impressed (;^)) and now write this positive review.
Summing it up -- I think art.com prints are good quality (in retrospect they often sell different versions of the same print with different color palates and I should have studied them more carefully); shipping packaging is great and protective, customer service is great though initial email response can be slow around the Holidays, their in-website "initiate a return" function does not work and instead one should phone them for good service *******143), and their framing is ok but not great quality -- but overall, with the free shipping, art.com products are a good deal and customer service is great.
