I pre-ordered an item and paid for it fully. But unfortunately due to Covid lockdowns, there was a shipping issue. I understood so I never complained, just followed up once or twice just to be sure my order is still in good standing. Now all of sudden I receive an email from them inquiring if they can change the manner of shipment, specifically they want to split the item into several parcels. So I replied asking them how will they split the item, are they gonna open the box, etc. And I wrote in bold letters that I do not intend to cancel. They ignored my reply and the next email I got was the notice of refund from Paypal, and then a notice of cancellation from them. I have waited more than a year for this order only for them to cancel it just like that. The only reason I can think of is because the item's price went so high and they will just sell it again for bigger profit. In the meantime, my original payment decreased to about $100 after conversion and/or fees.
