A big thanks to sitejabber and Trustpilot, who i believed shamed JUSTFASHIONNOW into giving a refund. It took months of emails, and the cost of returning the goods twice, once before sitejabber and Trustpilot and once after, I finally got a result.
My view is that until JUSTFASHIONNOW simply do what other Chineese online traders do, by honourable running a simple and easy return and refund operation, then I would not advise trading with them. In my communication I sent, they were in both English and Chinese so as to avoid "lost in translation" I also feel they need people who understand sizing, and not just pack and send any size. We received a size 12 and a 4XL same order!
So well done sitejabber and others for shaming the scammers and or unreliable traders.

This is the first and only China company I have come across as dishonest, liars and needs closing by the Chinese government.
I trade with many Chinese web based companies and they cannot do enough to help and provide top service.
Ali-Express are a great example of great service, honesty and integrity.
I did return the goods having received the return label - some two months later the goods were returned - the stamp on the parcel shows the local post tried to deliver but the package was stamped in RED OVERDUE RETURN - They refused to accept the package. Please do not use this online store. it is a fraud if you want to return anything.
