What they did is get an e-mail sent back (probably automated), stating that I did not complete the payment process while ordering. How the hell did they then debit my account? And then refund the full payment 2 weeks later WITHOUT ME CONTACTING THEM!
OK let's face it, this company's business model is to collect customer money and buy time to invest it! Got it? They are not so much into honoring shipments to you, they can't care less. What they do is get you hoping and work with your money in the mean time.
