Warning regarding this company. We purchased a centrifuge with extended warranty. It functioned well for a period of time and then failed to turn on. Customer service and tech support was TERRIBLE. It is impossible to speak to anyone by phone. After many delays tech support finally provided email instructions to return the machine for repair. We received multiple conflicting messages about what had failed but was told it was repaired. It still did not work upon return. Subsequent communications essentially blame us for the time and resources Reviteq spent on unsuccessfully honoring their warranty. The machine remains nonfunctional and no responses from Reviteq. YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN IF YOU PURCHASE EQUIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
