I have been buying from them for some time and always received my cigs. Lately, it seems most of their shipments get "lost" (probably stolen) before I get them. Whenever that's happened they reshipped them. Unfortunately, some replacement orders got lost as well.
That happened last month and they willingly refunded my money, no problem. However, the problem is more orders get lost now than delivered and two orders I placed way back in April are still AWOL. I decided I was tired of waiting so long for my orders so I asked them to refund my money like before but now they are completely ignoring me, not even replying to emails. I've told them I'm going to contact my bank tomorrow if they do not willingly issue a refund by then. I'll get my money back but my personal advice to everyone is to look elsewhere when shopping online for cigs. Problem with that is Phillip Morris has put almost all of the online cigarette sellers out of business. Thanks PM! Guess you just want to sell your carpet glue FSC cigs!
