I bought an excavator in Missouri and needed it shipped to California. I awarded the transport company on a Wednesday and they had a truck there Saturday morning. The machine arrived on Tuesday morning! The driver communicated with me and everything went great

The assembly on the bikes is a little challenging. The quality of the crank/pedal where they thread in and reverse thread are poor. Both bikes that I purchased have had failures and now they are the only place to get cranks for these bikes because they are electric.

I have called multiple times and never get a person on the phone. They use Covid as their excuse! If you are on hold waiting for someone the phone disconnects around 3 minutes 50 seconds. I called several times with solid connections each time.

Now I am stuck with bikes that were cheap to buy and am stuck with trying to deal with bike berry to buy new cranks and pedals.

My recommendation would be go to a local bike shop and have pay more money for an electric bike there... you will be much happier in the long run.
