Not "speedy" at all. Ordered a basic mac cable last Friday at 1:00 EST (11:00 PDT). Paid extra for 2/3 day expedited shipping, The following Tuesday no word on the status of my order being shipped so I called company. Their automated message said inquiries about order status need to be emailed. So I emailed them at 2:00 EST. Received a reply at 5:00 EST the next morning with a shipping link to my order. Order from last Friday didn't get shipped til late Tuesday night (course, no link was emailed to me at that time) & order is expected to be delivered this coming Friday, a full week after I placed my order with expedited shipping for a basic cable. Waste of time & money. I've ordered from many individual ebayers who can fulfill, deliver & communicate much better than Speedy Chargers.

We ship from Houston, TX and this past week, we had severe flooding. Our warehouse was not only flooded, but also unreachable due to high water on roads.

We are very sorry your order was shipped late, but physically, we could not do anything. As soon as waters levels went down, our team and workers went in and made sure all orders were shipped and customers were notified. We also refunded expedited shipping cost for orders that were late such as yours.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us but just as important is worker safety. We cannot control natural disasters and hope you can forgive us.
