I bought an auto diagnostic item from them. It didnt work when it finally arrived and after weeks of email correspondence on what might be wrong, they finally asked me to return the item for repair. I did via registered post and they confirmed delivery. They then refused to answer any of my emails. Ive since learned that their email correspondence is simply a delay tactic so that i can't file a dispute with paypal.Ive also learned that the item is not even a genuine piece of equipment but a crappy clone!
